Starting something new is never easy, especially when it’s something challenging like earning a degree. We believe, however, that once you get started, nothing can stand in your way.

To help you take the first step, we created a special scholarship that offers tuition help and a travel voucher. This helps to cover tuition now and pay for a well-earned vacation later.

How it works

To be considered you must apply to NCU, start your degree program and submit an essay on or before December 31, 2018. All winners will be notified by February 1, 2019.

Essay Topic

Your essay should tell us about someone (friends, family, community group etc.) that has been important in shaping your life and helping you succeed.

Essay Guidelines

Use the form below to submit either a 500-700 word essay (maximum two pages, double-spaced), or a 2-4 minute audio or video file (minimum 2 minutes, maximum 4 minutes) in one of the following formats: .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .MP3, .WAV, .AVI, .MV4, or .WMV not to exceed 25MB.

Steps to Follow
  1. Apply for any master’s or doctoral program by December 31, 2018.
  2. Submit your completed essay by December 31, 2018.
  3. Start your program by December 31, 2018.
