Post-Master's Certificate in Industrial Organizational Psychology

The Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology post-master’s certificate is intended for individuals who would like to apply the principles of I/O psychology in business and organizational settings. You will explore application of theory and research to organizational and human resource management issues, and evaluate current models and theories used in industrial organizational psychology. You will also familiarize yourself with statistics; the construction, administration and interpretation of personality, aptitude and cognition assessments; and how to effectively lead and develop teams.

Note on Licensure: The Post-Master's Certificate in Psychology program is not a licensure program and does not prepare an individual to become a licensed psychology or counseling professional.
