Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Health Psychology

There are numerous factors that influence psychological and physical health. The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Health Psychology examines the biological, psychological and social factors associated with psychological and physical health. You will develop an understanding of research-based principles of human behavior and nutrition, and evidence-based approaches for coaching others in the prevention of illness and promotion of health. You will also explore the effects of stress and contextual factors associated with coping.
