Online Marriage and Family Sciences Programs
Degrees within the Department of Marriage and Family Sciences prepare graduates to work as helping professionals. Our graduates work with children, adults, families, individuals, couples, groups and organizations to assist them in overcoming obstacles, getting needed resources and resolving mental, emotional or relational challenges. They are designed to support students in the pursuit of licensure or certification in Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapy.
Social Work
For those interested in working to enhance the well-being of individuals, families, groups and communities, the Master of Social Work (MSW) degree can assist you in accomplishing that goal. The MSW program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Students can use this degree to pursue licensure within their respective states where applicable. Through course work and experiential field placements, our MSW students learn to see systems through both micro and macro lenses, preparing them with knowledge and skills for the rewarding work of making a difference in the lives of a broad range of people and organizations.
