Organizational Leadership Specialization

Institutions need leaders who have a strong understanding of organizational dynamics. NCU’s master’s degree in Organizational Leadership specialization will advance your skills as an effective organizational leader in areas such as conflict resolution, organizational capacity and executive leadership. You will develop a strong knowledge base in the practice of leadership in a variety of fields and examine the intrinsic role of mission, vision, purpose and core values in the development of an organization.
