Organizational Leadership Specialization

The study of Organizational Leadership is enjoying high growth and NCU’s Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership specialization is designed to prepare you to enter the field. Under the guidance of your mentoring professors, this specialization will equip you with the tools necessary to forge alliances, build confidence and inspire a shared vision with members of a team. NCU’s curriculum explores organizational issues and resolutions in contemporary organizations. Organizational Leadership graduates pursue a variety of positions in higher education, K-12 education, corporate training and development organizations, not-for-profit organizations and in government training and development.
