Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, Specialized in Health Care Administration

Graduates in health care administration are in high demand across all facets of the health care industry. Your focus in this MSOL specialization will be to develop essential managerial knowledge and skills in financial management, legal and ethical issues of health care, and to examine and develop health care policies. By the end of your program you will have completed a final written research project, demonstrating your ability to conduct an investigation on a workplace problem, identify an area for intervention, critique, justify and recommend a plan of preventative action.
