Human Resources Management Specialization

The MBA Human Resources Management specialization focuses on the interrelationships between employees, leadership, and the business organization in general. You will develop skills to properly create, develop, mediate and maintain these critical connections. In the online MBA in Human Resources Management program, you will examine labor relations, compensation and rewards, leadership and managing human resources on a global level.

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) has acknowledged that NCU’s Master of Business Administration/Human Resources Management specialization fully aligns with SHRM's HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. The HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates were developed by SHRM to define the minimum HR content areas that should be studied by HR students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
