An Out-of-the-Box Specialization for the Creative Businessperson
Being better than the competition down the road is as important as being better than the competitor an ocean away. In our global economy, competition in the business environment continues to escalate. Identifying opportunities is critical. The building creativity specialization at NCU is designed to provide you with skills that can empower you to think outside of the box and to work with others to embrace creative approaches to new ventures. Whether you’re an entrepreneur at heart, or hope to bring change and new ideas to an existing company, the building creativity specialization will challenge your perceptions and push you to explore things in new ways. In this specialization, you will study many facets of potential ventures including research, business models, funding, market strategies and other complexities for domestic and international operations. As a graduate, you can expect to gain the ability to build a creative business plan that is ready to be presented to investors, banks or private entities.

“I think my best experiences have been the interactions that I've had with professors. There are always those one or two connections with professors that are really unique and valuable. I've maintained them, and I'm quite sure I'll maintain them for quite a few years, if not, my whole life.” - Steven Cofrancesco, PhD in Business Administration (2016)
