Russ joined NCU in 2015, after consulting with the institution for a lengthy period, as the Chief Marketing Officer. He is responsible for all marketing processes (advertising, marketing communications, program development, business development and research) as well as all aspects of the enrollment and admissions processes. Russ began his career in telecommunications with AT&T. After retiring in 2000 he worked at Qwest, AOL and then began working in higher education – as a CMO at several other institutions and also as a consultant specializing in new program development, site location selection as well as marketing and enrollment strategy and processes.
Russ resides with his wife in Scottsdale, Arizona.
