Flight Commander of the 1st Space Operations Squadron - 2008-2010

Supervised over 15 officers and enlisted members. I overlooked the training and procedures section for all missions. Mentored all subordinates in leadership techniques, styles, finances, and career opportunities while consulting with them on real world and exercise problems. Verified all training was accomplished. Provided initial, mid-term, and annual feedback on performance.

Instructor of Emergency War Order of the 91st Operations Support Squadron

Trained all levels of military personnel on missile weapon system including hands-on simulation. Instructed academic classroom and Emergency War Order training for all level of military personnel. Provided monthly training reports, developed customized lesson plans, presented
