Dr. Melody Rawlings

Dr. Melody Rawlings serves as lead faculty for the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Northcentral University. In addition to teaching graduate courses, she serves as chair on doctoral committees. Dr. Rawlings holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and an MS degree in Science & Technology. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she has taught in the U.S. and Europe in the areas of organizational leadership, virtual teamwork, eService, and ethics. A distinct area of expertise is eService, a way of volunteering to help others from anywhere in the world using a device with Internet connection. Through virtual networking, eService provides a way to serve by overcoming barriers such as schedule restraints, physical limitations, and geographic boundaries. Dr. Rawlings has published and presented on this topic both nationally and internationally.
