The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) helps ensure that NCU Learners receive the best education possible at the least possible cost.
The OIE creates and implements world-class best practices for assessing and reviewing NCU business processes and educational programs,
supporting both the University’s culture of continuous improvement and its excellent relationships with educational oversight and accreditation
agencies.
Beyond assessment, the OIE brings together staff, Faculty, and Faculty Mentors from across the University to streamline services so
that they are easier to use and less expensive. That means our Learners get more convenience and flexibility and still save money.
The OIE also oversees creation, storage and maintenance of data, information and documents so that staff, faculty Mentors, Learners and
accreditation reviewers can find and make the most of NCU resources. The NCU Fact Book
will give you an insider’s view of the University, and is one example of how OIE brings the NCU picture into focus for all its
stakeholders.
