University Program Resources

Our resources are your resources.

In addition to our Faculty, Academic Advisors and Librarians, we provide other important online assistance to enhance your education experience and help you reach your academic goals.

Our library offers sophisticated, searchable databases containing full-text articles and abstracts of leading publications in fields relevant to all degree programs. The library is well organized and contains a variety of tools that allow you to locate important and relevant publications and articles. Our librarians are also available to help you find publications available online or through interlibrary loans (ILL).

Virtual Bookstore

At our online bookstore, you can locate your course number, order books and course materials, and pay online using a credit card. Our online bookstore also has a large inventory of used books, and we buy back many textbooks when courses are completed.

All textbooks and course materials are shipped directly to you via Federal Express, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.

Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA)

Academic Success Center

We established the Academic Success Center to help you gain the knowledge and skill to communicate according to The American Psychological Association (APA) editorial style - the standard we use for scholarly writing at Northcentral.

The Academic Success Center provides support materials and writing assistance, including the Northcentral Writing Process, a five-stage approach that helps you master academic writing through focus, development, organization, style and conventions.

“NCU support services, absolutely outstanding. I mean, everybody from IT people to the academic advisers, they were always there for you."
—Jack McFarlane, School of Ed, Training and Development Leadership

Dissertation Center

Our specially designed support center can help you develop a dissertation of the highest standard. We provide convenient access to style guides and a general overview of dissertation structure. We also offer a section for each of our schools that provides discipline-specific updates and helpful information describing the dissertation process.
