“I looked at some online – not some online – I looked at the brick-and-mortar schools and thought about all the amount of time. Where I am in rural East Texas means that I would have to drive two hours twice a week to go to a university. I was looking online at different things and I saw in the ASCD organization, which I belong to, that Northcentral was highly recommended and was advertised. I started researching and finding out that it was a strong online university. I knew that I had good work ethic and strong study skills myself, and I'm a self-learner, so I thought I could save a whole lot of time by studying on my own instead of sitting in a classroom taking notes, losing four hours to eight hours on the road. My experience at Northcentral has been phenomenal. I've had a wonderful experience. I have not had any negative things happen along the way. It seems to have gone well. It's been smooth. I have been – feel very fortunate that I've come across this journey, taken this journey, and I'm at the end and it's very exciting to be here."
