The Writing Center

You gain the knowledge and skill to communicate according to APA Editorial Style—the standard against which scholarly writing is measured at NCU.

The Writing Center also offers support materials and help with the NCU Writing Process, a five-stage approach which helps you master academic writing through focus, development, organization, style, and conventions. Mastery of these aspects of writing conveys a skill set that will resonate throughout the Learner's academic and professional life.

The Dissertation Center

Perhaps nothing in academics is so challenging as the doctoral dissertation. Recognizing this, NCU has developed a specialized support center that fosters dissertations of the highest standards.

Our doctoral Learners are provided convenient access to style guides and a general overview of dissertation structure and the function of its constituent parts. The center also offers a section for each of NCU's three schools to provide discipline-specific updates and helpful information on their own dissertation process.

NCU's Writing Center will support you and help you succeed by honing your writing skills whether you are a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree Learner.
