The NASDTEC Interstate Agreement Facilitating Mobility of Educational Personnel

The National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and Certification (NASDTEC) has negotiated reciprocal certification agreements between many but not all U.S. jurisdictions covering Teachers, Administrators and Career/Technical education positions. The NASDTEC website identifies jurisdictions that are party to all or some of these agreements.

An additional source of information about teaching certification and qualification in individual jurisdictions is the Council of Chief State School Officers.
