Dr. Cindy K. Guillaume

Prior to joining Northcentral University, Dr. Cindy Guillaume served as Dean for the College of Education at Grand Canyon University (GCU). At GCU, Dr. Guillaume provided oversight and direction for faculty, staff, and students across the College of Education. Through training, support and mentorship, she helped assure that her team upheld the highest academic integrity and ethical standards. During her term at Grand Canyon University, she also led her team through the Arizona Department of Education (ADE) program approval process for the College’s certification programs, including undergraduate and graduate teacher and administration programs.

Dr. Guillaume also previously held a position with Childhelp as Vice President of Special Projects & Prevention Education. During her service at Childhelp, Dr. Guillaume was responsible for the overall management and execution of the prevention education program, services and special projects. She was also appointed to the Governors Child Safety Task Force working on child welfare reform recommendations during that time.

In addition to Dr. Guillaume’s lifelong education interests, she is an active community member and has traveled abroad. She participates and presents at many local, state, and national conferences and organizations. Her professional goals include, but are not limited to, promoting servant leadership and lifelong learning in educational communities.
